If you're running on EOS® (or planning to) and need someone to lead the leadership team, create accountability, and support the Visionary, a Fractional Integrator may be the better choice.

  • Not at all. While I specialize in EOS® and work with self-implementing teams and those working with an EOS Implementor, I also support companies outside of EOS® who want to strengthen operations, improve leadership alignment, or develop scalable systems.

  • Most of my clients are growth-stage businesses—typically between $2M–$50M in annual revenue—who need operational clarity, traction, and leadership support without making a full-time hire.

  • I typically work with clients on a quarterly basis, committing a set number of hours each week based on your needs. We'll define clear outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and establish a regular rhythm for meetings and check-ins.

  • Integrator Coaching includes a mix of 1:1 calls, customized tools, EOS® best practices, and real-world problem solving. Whether you’re new to the role or looking to sharpen your leadership skills, I’ll help you grow in confidence and impact.

  • Consistency, follow-through, and results. I’ll help you see around corners, create systems that grow with you, and keep the trains running on time. I take the pressure off so you can lead from your zone of genius.
